Introduction
My name is Roland Molnár. I have been part of cross-border and transnational partnerships for over a decade. My professional activity is mainly concentrated in the West-Transdanubian region, - in the border areas of Austria-Hungary and Slovenia-Hungary -. I provide comprehensive services from cross-border and transnational (mainly INTERREG) project development to project management.
The most important part of my work involves accurate, careful, comprehensive planning, project development, and management. Over the past decade, I have established day-to-day working relationships with numerous private and public sector organizations involved in international cooperations in the Western Transdanubia region (and Austria). In my experience, cross-border and transnational funding programmes require special expertise and system knowledge of project beneficiaries. Even applicants and project beneficiaries who are experienced in these funding programmes are challenged when it comes to the proper and professional use of the funds and often turn to me with their questions. To overcome these challenges, I can provide extensive professional support, in project development or project implementation.
